Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly targets.
- Execute all assigned tasks and fulfill reporting requirements, including Daily
- Activity Reports, Market Intelligence Reports, and Competition Tracking Reports.
- Ensure timely collection and deposit of payments in line with company policies.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and ad deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and ongoing engagements.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
Key Skills
- Experience in digital ad sales with exposure to Newspapers, Radio, T.V, Social Media Platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
