Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide exceptional customer service to sellers through phone, email, or chat support.

- Resolve issues related to order fulfillment, product information, and account management in a timely and qualified manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in an international voice process environment.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or via digital channels.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
