Provide recommendations/ suggestions to seamlessly deliver application engineering solutions in Sterlite Tech to increase effectiveness and efficiency of solutions
Support the Technology Unit Head to visualize and implement new technology
Identify and report technical roadblocks in implementation or adoption
Stays abreast of the latest technological advances in his own field/sphere and initiates plans to implement the same at Sterlite
Responsible for propagating a culture of positive manufacturing practices, driving values of Sterlite along with continuous improvement
