Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at HOTEL TUNGA REGENCY in Mumbai. This position oversees day-to-day security operations, including monitoring entrances and exits, supervising security staff, and ensuring compliance with hotel safety procedures.

The Security

Supervisor conducts regular patrols of the premises, manages CCTV and access control systems, and responds promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest safety concerns. The role includes coordinating with hotel management, documenting security events, and maintaining accurate reports and logs.

Supervisor also supports guest service by addressing inquiries professionally, guiding visitors, and helping maintain a calm and secure atmosphere throughout the property.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading security teams and coordinating shifts.
- Practical knowledge of physical security, including patrolling, CCTV monitoring, and access control.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest concerns tactfully and professionally.
- Operations management skills to implement security procedures, maintain logs, and support hotel policies.
- Previous experience in hotel or facility security supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic emergency response and safety protocols; familiarity with local regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional security or safety certifications are beneficial.
- Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as part of routine security duties.
