We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Ex-Serviceman / Retired Defence Personnel to manage security at our manufacturing facility in Kolhapur.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall security of the plant premises.
- Supervise security guards and their daily deployment.
- Prepare and monitor security duty schedules.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and contractors.
- Monitor material movement and maintain proper records.
- Monitor CCTV and security systems.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
- Maintain security discipline across the premises.
- Handle security incidents and emergency situations.
- Coordinate with local authorities when required.
- Maintain security registers and incident records.
- Identify and report security risks, irregularities and violations.
- Ensure security guards follow company procedures and instructions.
- Prepare and submit a daily Security Report to management covering attendance, incidents, visitors, vehicle movement, material movement, observations and pending issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Ex-Serviceman / Retired Defence Personnel preferred.
- JCO / Senior NCO / Commissioned Officer background preferred.
- Experience in security supervision and manpower management.
- Solid discipline and leadership skills.
- Good observation and emergency-handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge for preparing daily reports.
- Willing to work at the Kolhapur plant.
