Roles and Responsibilities

- Day-to-day execution of security operations at the project site
- Supervision and discipline of contractor security guards
- Ensure proper access control for manpower, vehicles, and visitors

SOP Enforcement

- Strict enforcement of company security SOPs and site instructions
- Control of material movement, asset protection, and key management
- Ensure use of registers, passes, and electronic security systems

Incident Handling

- Immediate response to site-level security incidents
- Preliminary investigation and evidence preservation
- Timely reporting and escalation to Cluster Security Officer or to H0 whichever is applicable.

Night-Shift Supervision

- Command and control of night-shift security operations
- Ensure patrolling schedules, lighting checks, and alarm response




- Maintain heightened vigilance during non-working hours

Compliance & Audit Support

- Maintain site security documentation and records
- Ensure readiness for audits and inspections
- Implement corrective actions as directed by CSO

Coordination & Communication

- Daily coordination with site engineers and project management
- Support safety team during emergencies and drills
- Interface with local authorities as per instructions

Reporting

- Daily security occurrence reports and incident logs
- Manpower attendance and performance feedback
- Submission of site-level reports to CSO

Qualification - High School or Graduation Experience - 10 to 12 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
