Role Description The Security Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at The Fern Nest Resort Jaipur, Series by Marriott. This role is responsible for monitoring the premises, including entrances, common areas, and sensitive zones, to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular security patrols, managing access control, assisting with incident reporting, and supporting emergency response procedures in coordination with management and local authorities when required.

The Security

Associate will also review CCTV footage, identify potential risks,



and communicate clearly with guests and team members to resolve security-related concerns. The role requires consistent adherence to company policies, documentation of security activities, and participation in ongoing safety and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify irregularities, and respond appropriately to security incidents.
- Basic understanding of finance and financial services as they relate to secure handling of payments, cash, and confidential financial information.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and external partners in a clear, respectful, and qualified manner.
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles to help protect digital systems, guest data, and internal information from unauthorized access.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality safety operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in shifts, maintain vigilance over extended periods, and follow standard operating procedures and emergency protocols.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control tools, and incident reporting software is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications are preferred.
