This is a global role covering Twinings Ovo international businesses as a Security Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain quality relationships between the UK team and peers in the security and operational parts of ABF and the Shared Service Centre
- Provide support to actions that result from various Audit activities. Provide the necessary technical input and/or provide tracking and reporting to ensure actions are resolved.
- Act as Project manager for the delivery of change initiatives from time to time. Ensure project documentation and communication is maintained throughout the life of the project and that outcomes are measurable (Time/Cost/Quality)
- Assist with security improvement projects
- Provide the right level of support for business processes that require Security support for example starters and leavers, new contracts, third party engagement etc.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of ABF/Twinings policies and be able to communicate these effectively. Engage with customers and peers using appropriate levels of detail and technical skill.





- Demonstrate adherence to Policy in all areas of the business and enable the necessary data to assist in surfacing gaps and risks that could be targets for improvement or mitigation. Carry out reviews and progress updates with risk / system owners to close off actions.
- Where necessary ensure that processes are documented and communicated in language that is relevant and understandable to international and/or non-technical audiences.
- Assist the ABF SOC/SSC in identifying and investigating incidents and causes of alerts relating to the security of our assets. Analyse cause and remediate or take prompt action to prevent compromise.
- Lead vulnerability management initiatives and drive demonstrable improvement.

Maintain reporting to facilitate ongoing demonstration of compliance to include quality management reports. Engage system owners and provide the data necessary to assist them in resolving risks and vulnerabilities.

- Maintain a quality security service to TwO customers, to help them ensure that the relevant security challenges, and the significance of data are considered as part of exploring and planning solutions, including those provided by third parties.
- Any other duties relating to the remit of a role of this standing as required by the needs of the business.
- Provide Analysis and reporting to relevant stakeholders to enable the maintenance and tracking of security issues affecting our assets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Experience of working in a technical service role as a resolver of incidents/tickets, first/second line
- An understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change)



and appreciation of how they are used and can refer to examples of putting them into practice.
- Experience of participating in or delivering IT solutions/change to business users.
- A keen interest and experience in IT and Data security and a thorough working knowledge of IT operations management.
- Experience of working and engaging international stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging and dealing with customers and third parties.

Is genuinely interested in people and actively listens and communicates technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences, flex’s style and delivery approach to suit the needs of the audience.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines proactively. Able to co-ordinate and prioritise workload effectively to plan ahead and ensure key deliverables are met to the agreed standard and key stakeholders remain well informed.
- An enthusiastic and creative approach to problem solving with a natural ability to influence and engage others to take action and get involved.
- Culturally adept at communicating with other countries and sensitive to the cultural differences that must be respected and applied.

- Demonstrable experience with Governance, Rick and Compliance – working with a framework of security policy and tracking compliance, managing exceptions to policy across a diverse business of new and existing solutions
- Excellence in analysing data in order to drive change/improvement and to providing data in a useful/structured format to report to management/other stakeholders.
