We are looking for an SEO Executive / SEO Specialist who can take ownership of technical and organic SEO activities across our websites and client projects.

What You'll Do

- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify crawlability and indexability issues.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and SERP analysis.
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content, images and internal linking.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags and redirects.
- Identify and resolve 404, duplicate URL and indexing issues.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile usability.
- Implement and validate Schema Markup / Structured Data.
- Plan and execute quality-focused off-page SEO and link-building activities.
- Optimize service, category, location and business pages.
- Analyze Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR and conversions.
- Coordinate with Laravel/PHP developers for technical SEO implementation.
- Verify SEO fixes implemented by developers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports.
- Stay updated with Google Search changes and SEO best practices.

What We're Looking ForRequired:

- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Good understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile and Local SEO.




- Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest or similar.
- Understanding of HTML and basic CSS.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript.
- Positive knowledge of URLs, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps and robots.txt.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and prepare reports.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with developers.

Preferred:

- Experience with Laravel/PHP websites.
- Experience with large websites, directories, marketplaces or websites with thousands of pages/routes.
- Experience handling technical SEO issues in collaboration with development teams.

This is a hands-on role. The position is not limited to keyword research, content writing or backlink building.
