Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SEO & Technical Support Specialist to manage organic growth and technical operations for Dononman and AlterDry.

This is purely On-Site role combines search engine optimization (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) with frontline web/product technical support.

You will optimize our online store architecture, drive organic search traffic, and resolve customer and website technical issues to ensure a seamless post-bookings and site experience.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Search Marketing

Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits for site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, and broken links across both brand portals.

On-Page & Keyword Strategy: Perform keyword research for appliance/product queries; optimize product descriptions, meta tags, headers, and blog content.

Content & Link Building:



Collaborate with marketing to create high-ranking guides (troubleshooting, buying guides) and execute white-hat link-building strategies.

Analytics & Performance: Monitor organic performance via Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush); deliver weekly search performance reports.

Technical Support & Operations

Website Technical Support: Resolve website bugs, checkout issues, cart errors, and integration glitches on Shopify/WooCommerce.

Product Technical Support: Address customer queries regarding appliance setup, specs, installation guidelines, and troubleshooting for Dononman & AlterDry products.

Help Center Optimization: Build and maintain an SEO-optimized Knowledge Base / FAQ portal to reduce ticket volume and improve self-service search rankings.
