We're looking for someone with ?+ ????? ?? ?????-?? ??? ?????????? who enjoys figuring out why something works, testing new approaches, and building strategies rather than simply following an SEO checklist.

- Developing and executing SEO strategies for US-based lead-generation websites
- Planning and implementing On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO
- Building and scaling local SEO strategies across US states, cities and service areas
- Keyword research based on search intent, competition and commercial value
- Optimizing website architecture, internal linking and topical relevance
- Conducting technical SEO audits and resolving crawling, indexing and structural issues
- Working with sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, schema, redirects and other technical SEO elements
- Developing strategies for Google Maps / Local Pack and local organic visibility




- Building and executing quality-focused backlink and authority-building strategies
- Identifying content gaps and opportunities to build topical authority
- Analyzing Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tool data
- Monitoring rankings, organic traffic and, most importantly, conversions/leads
- Experimenting with new SEO techniques and strategies
- Working closely with our content, development and marketing teams
- Using automation and AI tools where they can genuinely improve SEO workflows and efficiency

- 3+ years of practical SEO experience
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO
- Experience with SEO for competitive markets
- Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent
- Ability to perform and interpret technical SEO audits
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush or equivalent
- Good understanding of internal linking, topical authority and site architecture
- Experience with Local SEO and location-based search strategies
- Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable SEO decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and documentation skills
- Most importantly, curiosity and a willingness to experiment

- Experience managing SEO across multiple locations

- Experience with SEO automation, AI-assisted workflows or tools such as n8n
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript from an SEO perspective
