About the Role

We’re hiring an SDE 1 – Web developer to join our frontend engineering team. If you've worked on React.js-based applications, have strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a good eye for clean, functional UI—you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

● Build and maintain responsive, accessible UI components using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

● Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into high-quality product interfaces.

● Work on real product modules—dashboards, application journeys, and platform tools—with mentorship from senior engineers.

● Contribute to reusable component libraries, frontend architecture, and design consistency.

● Debug and resolve UI issues, and participate in code reviews and sprints.

What We’re Looking For

● 1+ years of experience in frontend development, including React.js project work (internships, freelancing, or full-time roles).

● Solid grasp of JavaScript, modern ES6+ syntax, HTML5, CSS3 and reactJS.

● Experience building UI components, integrating APIs, and handling application state (e.g., React Context or Redux).

● Valuable understanding of browser dev tools, responsive design, and accessibility principles.

● Exposure to Git, Figma handoffs, basic API integrations.

● Exposure or understanding of financial services or fintech platforms (e.g., loan journeys, dashboards,

onboarding flows) is a big plus.





● Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to grow in a product environment.

Nice to Have

● Familiarity with tools like Vite/Webpack, Storybook, Jest, Lottie animations, or TailwindCSS.

● Experience with performance tuning, lazy loading, or frontend observability.

● Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.

● Exposure to Node.js (especially Backend-for-Frontend concepts).

● Familiarity with TypeScript.

● Experience in SaaS, fintech, or product-based environments.

● Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).

Interview process (F2F only)

- Round 1(60 Mins)- Evaluate candidate’s understanding of frontend core concepts (HTML/CSS/JS), web fundamentals, UI thinking, and logical reasoning through practical questions and discussions.
- Round 2(45-60 Mins)-Evaluate applied frontend knowledge, hands-on comfort with React (or vanilla JS if applicable),

project ownership, problem-solving ability, and cultural/team fit.

- Round 3 [optional,30 mins] with CTO - To understand overview of experience, general attitude and motivation.
- Round 4 [HR round] - Org culture fit
