## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Bhilai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and a passion for leading teams to success. You will be responsible for facilitating scrum processes, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to agile practices.
Guide and coach the team on Scrum and Agile practices.
Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on achieving sprint goals.
Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
Ensure the team is delivering high-quality products on time.
Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase productivity. ## Required Skills and Experience 3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
Experience with DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
