1. 7-9 years of overall IT experience with 4+ years as a Scrum Master.

2. Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

3. Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.

4. Proven experience in client/stakeholder management.

5. Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards.

Familiarity with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
