Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Script Writer role based in Dehradun.

The Script

Writer will develop clear, engaging scripts and screenplays for ad films, branded content, and other video projects aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include brainstorming concepts with creative and strategy teams, outlining story structures, writing dialogue and voiceovers, and revising drafts based on feedback. The role involves collaborating closely with directors, producers, and editors to ensure scripts are production-ready and optimized for visual storytelling.

The Script

Writer will also research products, audiences,



and market trends to inform narrative direction and maintain consistency across campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong scriptwriting and scripting skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse formats.
- Experience crafting screenplays, including character development, structure, and pacing suited for ad films and short-form content.
- Understanding of video production processes and constraints, with the ability to adapt scripts to practical production needs.
- Excellent writing skills, including clarity, tone adaptation, and attention to detail in language and storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Comfort working in an AI-driven, fast-paced creative workplace and openness to using AI tools in the writing process.
- Strong research skills to understand brand positioning, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
- Prior experience in advertising, film, or digital content creation is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
