- Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory for CBSE schools)

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school

- Minimum 2 years of administrative/leadership experience (Vice Principal, Headmistress/Headmaster, Coordinator, or similar)

- Proven ability to lead academic and administrative teams

- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and compliance requirements

- Skilled in policy development, SOPs, and school documentation for CBSE inspections

- Knowledge of CBSE Affiliation Bye‑Laws, safety norms, and mandatory committees

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to build solid relationships with parents, staff, management, and community

- Experience conducting PTMs, staff meetings, orientation programs, and public events
