- Qualification as per applicable CBSE guidelines
- Masters degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology or relevant qualification.
- Counselling certification and RCI registration/certification, wherever applicable.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in handling students, preferably at Grades
XI–XII level.
- Solid understanding of adolescent counselling, career guidance and student well-
being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
