We are looking to connect with experienced School Principals and senior education leaders who can bring practical school-management expertise to help us make our software more relevant, intelligent, and aligned with real-world educational environments.

Role: School Principal – Education Domain Expert

As an Education Domain Expert, you will work with our product and AI teams to provide insights into how schools actually operate, how administrators make decisions, and what challenges educators face in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Share practical knowledge of school administration and management processes.
- Help our team understand real-world workflows followed by schools.
- Review and provide feedback on school management features and AI-driven workflows.
- Provide domain knowledge around academics, student management, staff management, attendance, examinations, discipline, communication, and school operations.
- Help identify common challenges faced by principals, teachers, students, and parents.
- Validate AI-generated recommendations, responses, and workflows from an educational perspective.




- Suggest improvements that can make our AI solutions more practical and useful for schools.
- Participate in product discussions, interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions.
- Help establish realistic educational scenarios and use cases for AI training and product validation.

Ideal Candidate
- Current or former School Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, Academic Director, or senior school administrator .
- Strong understanding of school administration and academic operations.
- Significant experience managing teachers, students, parents, and school processes.
- Positive understanding of modern educational technology and digital school management systems.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable sharing professional knowledge and practical experiences with a technology/product team.
- Interest in AI, EdTech, and the future of education .
