Essential Job Functions:

- Design, implement, and support Saviynt IGA solutions across enterprise IAM environments.

- Develop and customize Saviynt workflows, forms, and connectors based on business and IAM requirements.

- Perform Access Reviews, Certifications, and Role Management in accordance with organizational policies.

- Support RBAC, JML, and provisioning processes within Saviynt.

- Onboard connected and disconnected applications while coordinating with global stakeholders.

- Support application onboarding and ensure appropriate access provisioning and governance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Saviynt with LDAP directories, application servers, and enterprise systems.

- Work with multiple LDAP directories to support identity and access management requirements.

- Support integration with cloud identity providers such as Entra ID.

- Work with WEB/API concepts and use Postman and similar tools for integration validation and troubleshooting.

- Provide Level 3 support for critical Saviynt incidents and resolve technical challenges within required timelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, connectors, provisioning, access reviews, certifications, and application onboarding.





- Engage with global stakeholders to understand requirements and support IAM implementation and application onboarding activities.

- Support SAP authorization requirements across SAP R3, S/4, and SAP GRC environments.

- Maintain structured technical documentation for Saviynt implementations, workflows, integrations, and support activities.

- Participate in customer-facing and global project delivery activities where required.

- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve IAM-related technical challenges.

- Work effectively under pressure and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions and support activities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in development and implementation of IAM solutions.

- At least 2 years of hands-on Level 3 implementation experience with Saviynt IGA.

- Extensive experience in Saviynt Access Reviews, Certifications, and workflow development.

- Experience with RBAC, JML processes, provisioning, and application onboarding.

- Solid understanding of LDAP concepts and multiple LDAP directories.

- Solid understanding of cloud identity providers, including Entra ID.

- Solid understanding of WEB/API concepts, with hands-on experience using Postman and similar tools.

- Positive understanding of SAP and SAP authorization, including R3, S/4, and SAP GRC.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.





- Strong documentation skills with a structured approach to technical and project documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach.

- Exposure to customer-facing roles and global project delivery.

- Exp – 9 to 12 years
