We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP implementation and transformation projects. The role involves defining test strategies, planning and managing SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing. The candidate will coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include test planning, test execution monitoring, defect management, and reporting test status to leadership.

The Test

Manager will ensure complete test coverage across SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, and PP. The role also includes managing testing teams, conducting defect triage meetings, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or SAP Solution Manager is required. Knowledge of test automation tools like Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft is preferred. Robust stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Candidates should have 8+ years of SAP testing experience with at least 23 SAP implementation or migration projects.
