The Role

We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting expert on a short term contract, to support our HR function by redesigning our current reporting into SAP SuccessFactors reporting, and enhancing custom reporting solutions across the SuccessFactors platform.

This role will work closely with HR stakeholders, SAP and technical colleagues to deliver accurate, insightful, and scalable reporting that supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

- Design and build custom reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and SAP implementation team to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity,



and consistency across HR reporting outputs.
- Provide guidance and support to end users on reporting capabilities and best practices and support What We’re

Looking For

- Solid technical SAP Succesfactors Reporting skills
- Proven experience building custom reports within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

. • Knowledge of HRIS integrations and data migration processes.

- Previous experience supporting global HR teams.
- Understanding of data governance and reporting controls. • Experience working within a professional services or consulting
