About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning (SF LMS) Consultant to join our team. The role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, administering and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Learning , including configuration, learning administration, reporting, integrations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) based on business requirements.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective LMS solutions.
- Configure learning items, curricula, programs, assignments, schedules and user learning activities.
- Manage users, learning records, competencies and learning-related data.
- Configure and maintain LMS workflows, notifications and automated assignments.
- Develop and maintain LMS reports and dashboards to support business and compliance requirements.
- Support LMS integrations with SuccessFactors Employee Central and other third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with technical teams to resolve integration and configuration issues.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing and UAT.
- Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and user guides.
- Provide ongoing production support and resolve incidents within agreed timelines.




- Work with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve learning processes and system utilisation.
- Stay up to date with SuccessFactors Learning releases, features and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (SF LMS).
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Learning administration and configuration.
- Experience configuring learning items, curricula, programs, assignments and notifications.
- Experience with LMS reporting and data management.
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with Learning .
- Experience working with LMS integrations and data interfaces.
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting and production support.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a consulting/project team.

Desirable:

- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central .
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning APIs and integration technologies.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration.
- Experience with Learning Management System implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning certification and release management.
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification would be an advantage.
