Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business team to understand HR and talent management needs and translate them into system requirements.
- System Configuration: Design & Develop current Functionalities as part of Projects and Enhancements. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules - Recruiting Management & Onboarding to align with the business processes and requirements.
- Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, including data migration, system testing, and integration with other HR systems or modules.
- Training: Provide training and knowledge transfer to team, ensuring they can effectively use and manage the SuccessFactors system.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain HR data within SuccessFactors, including data integrity, data loads, and data governance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical and functional issues related to SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth system operation.
- Best Practices: Stay current with SuccessFactors best practices and industry trends to make recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation,



including system configuration documents, user guides, and change management plans.
- System Support: Production support for Performance & Goal Management, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, RBP along with other HRIS Eco-system. Extend ongoing support to end users by addressing their questions, concerns, and enhancement requests related to SuccessFactors. Provide L3-Expertise to Production support team.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules.
- Knowledge of HR and talent management processes and best practices.
- Good experience on prototyping new solutions for business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working in Global Production support model
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Min 4-5 SAP SuccessFactors Global Implementation & Production Support experience
