Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and transformation of ALM processes using SAP Solution Manager.

- Leverage SAP Joule for Consultants (J4C) and SAP IP-Tools to enhance ALM capabilities.

- Implement AI/Generative AI and Prompt Engineering solutions to automate and optimize ALM processes.

- Apply Machine Learning Algorithms for intelligent monitoring, analytics, and IT service management improvements.

- Manage SAP Solution Manager implementations, upgrades, configuration, and post-go-live support.

- Provide expertise in ChaRM (Change Request Management), Focused Build, Transport Management, and related ALM tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and managed service teams to optimize ALM processes.

- Drive cloud-based ALM transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.





- Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, presentations, and live demonstrations.

- Work within Agile/Protected environments and support global delivery teams.

- Ensure compliance with industry frameworks such as ITIL and IT4IT.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager and ALM processes.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in global and cross-functional teams.
