- Provide technical expertise on SAP SD module to clients, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of sales processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using SAP SD modules such as ECC, FI, CO, MM, HR, LE, PS, QM.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP SD best practices and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot issues related to sales orders, invoicing, inventory management, logistics planning, procurement planning, customer service requests (CSRs), etc.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents reported by customers or internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in SAP SD functional consulting with a focus on ECC/FI/CO/MM/HR/LE/PS/QM modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification required; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) concepts including sales order processing, invoicing, inventory management, logistics planning, procurement planning.
