Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Consultant (Team Lead) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP SD with solid expertise in S/4 HANA and the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on implementation, customization, and problem-solving experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Implementation & Support:

· Lead at least one end-to-end SAP SD implementation.

· Handle support projects including incident management, root cause analysis, and process improvement.

✅ Order-to-Cash (OTC) Process:

· Configure Business Partner (BP), Credit Management, and TCS (Threshold).

· Manage sales scenarios including:

o Standard Sales Orders, Rush Orders, and Cash Sales o Make-to-Order (MTO), Third-Party Sales, Intercompany PO, STO process

✅ S/4 HANA Expertise:

· Hands-on real-time experience in SAP S/4 HANA environments.

✅ Sales Process Customization:

· Manage quotations, inquiries, pricing, billing, and shipping configuration.





· Set up transport scheduling, availability checks, and delivery handling.

✅ Technical & Functional Support:

· Customize Customer Master Data and Condition Techniques.

· Handle Invoice Correction Requests, Pricing Configs, GST-related tickets, and E-Invoicing.

· Address E-Way Bill issues and integrate with the GST portal.

✅ Process Optimization:

· Manage backorder processing.

· Handle CRs, WRICEF objects, and critical P1 tickets.

✅ End-to-End Troubleshooting:

· Resolve issues from Sales Order creation to FI posting across the entire process chain.

Candidate Profile

· 8+ years of proven experience in SAP SD and S/4 HANA

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Effective communicator with stakeholder management abilities

· Expertise in real-time scenarios and issue resolution
