Role & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end SAP SD functional activities including Sales, Delivery, Billing, Shipping, and Order-to-Cash processes.

- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP SD solutions and configurations.

- Configure and support Pricing Procedures, condition types, access sequences, and pricing conditions.

- Work on Scheduling Agreements and related sales processes.

- Handle EDI integration and coordination with technical teams for interface-related requirements.

- Work on E-Web / E-Invoicing processes and IRN generation and related issues.

- Perform data migration activities using LTMC and LSMW.

- Work with BAPIs and Function Modules for integration and enhancement requirements.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD production/support issues.

- Perform testing, defect resolution, UAT support, and deployment activities.





- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as MM, FI, and ABAP.

- Prepare functional documentation and provide support to business users.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD with strong hands-on functional expertise.

- Strong experience in LTMC, LSMW, BAPI, and Function Modules.

- Good working knowledge of EDI, E-Web / E-Invoicing, and IRN processes.

- Strong experience in Scheduling Agreements and Pricing Procedures.

- Valuable understanding of SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Experience in SAP SD integration with MM, FI, and ABAP.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot functional issues.

- Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and/or production support projects.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
