Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior SAP Retail Functional Consultant – O2C + CAR with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA retail implementations and rollouts.

The role requires strong expertise in SAP SD/O2C, SAP CAR, IS-Retail, POS and omni-channel retail processes, along with the ability to work with business stakeholders and lead functional activities across the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead O2C functional activities for SAP S/4HANA Retail rollout projects.
- Review and validate functional specifications for retail O2C processes.
- Work with commercial, store operations, e-commerce, Finance and SAP teams to gather requirements.
- Design and optimize order management, pricing, promotions, returns, refunds, billing and settlement processes.
- Oversee integration between SAP CAR, IS-Retail, POS and SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage end-to-end data flows between POS, omni-channel order capture, inventory and revenue reporting.
- Review integration and UAT test results.
- Support retail pricing, promotions, billing, VAT and e-invoicing requirements.
- Coordinate integration with payment providers, loyalty platforms and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Act as an O2C Subject Matter Expert throughout design, rollout, go-live and hypercare.




- Identify functional risks and support mitigation planning.
- Conduct workshops and training for business and store users.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Support large-scale, multi-location and multi-country retail rollouts.

Mandatory Skills
- 10–12 years of SAP SD/O2C experience.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation/rollout experience.
- Strong Retail industry experience.
- Expertise in POS sales flows, pricing/promotions, omni-channel orders, returns and multi-channel fulfilment.
- Strong knowledge of O2C: order management, delivery, shipping, billing, credit management and AR integration.
- Strong experience with SAP CAR, IS-Retail and POS DM.
- Experience with SAP SD pricing, condition techniques, output determination, rebates and revenue account determination.
- Solid functional specification and integration experience.
- Experience working on multi-site/multi-location SAP retail projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight rollout and store-opening timelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification.
- SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) Certification.
- Experience with large-scale, multi-location and multi-country retail SAP rollouts.
- Offshore delivery experience.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate.
- Experience with Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira or Solution Manager.

Salary: Up to ₹30 LPA. Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
