Position: SAP RE Consultant (Record to Report - RTR)

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Configure and manage RE-FX business processes including Lease-In, Lease-Out, Contract Management, Rental Objects, Occupancy Management, and Service Charge Settlement.
- Integrate SAP RE-FX with FI, CO, AP, AR, AA, and other RTR processes to ensure seamless financial postings and reporting.
- Support lease accounting requirements in compliance with IFRS 16, ASC 842, and organizational accounting policies.
- Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide expertise in period-end and year-end closing processes related to real estate accounting.




- Develop user training materials and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP RE-FX and RTR processes.
- Hands-on experience in configuration of lease contracts, rental calculations, condition management, posting parameters, and settlement processes.
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration and financial accounting processes.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX implementations or migrations.
- Good understanding of lease accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842).
- Expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and stakeholder management.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
