We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant with 12+ years of experience and a BE/B.Tech + MBA background. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP PS implementation, project management, project planning, budgeting, costing, and project execution.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, Finance, Controlling, and other SAP functional teams to design and implement effective SAP PS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PS implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP Project Systems (PS).

- Design and optimize project management processes using SAP PS.
- Configure integration between SAP PS and FI/CO, MM, SD and PP.
- Work on project cost planning, budgeting, actual cost tracking and variance analysis.
- Support project procurement and material/service requirements.
- Work closely with Finance and Controlling teams for project accounting and settlement.
- Conduct business requirement workshops and prepare functional documentation.
- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts and user manuals.
- Support SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Analyze and resolve complex SAP PS functional issues.
- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for reports,



interfaces, enhancements and forms.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior SAP consultants.
- Work with project managers and business stakeholders to improve project planning and execution processes.

Mandatory Skills

- 12+ years of SAP PS experience
- BE/B.Tech + MBA qualification
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS / Project Systems
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones and Project Planning.
- Good understanding of project budgeting, costing and settlement.
- Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, SD and PP.
- Excellent business process and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA PS / Project Systems.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori.
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Knowledge of project accounting and financial controlling.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and project management teams.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have a combination of strong SAP PS functional expertise, project management understanding, and business/management knowledge. A BE/B.Tech + MBA background with significant SAP PS implementation experience will be preferred.
