Timings: - US Hours 8am EST to 5pm EST An SAP Program Manager oversees end-to-end SAP implementations, transformations, and upgrades, aligning technical delivery with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Governance: Define overall program roadmaps, scope, governance structures, and execution milestones across multiple projects.
- Resource & Budget Management: Allocate budgets, manage resource forecasting, and optimize team utilization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary bridge between C-level executives, business leaders, and technical implementation teams.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify program risks, manage escalations, and implement mitigation strategies.
- System Delivery: Drive deployments specifically involving SAP S/4HANA and related core modules.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
10 to 15 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on SAP engagement and project management.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with SAP portfolios, Activate methodology, and Agile frameworks.
- Certifications: Qualified credentials like PMP or SAP specific engagement certifications are preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
