Role & responsibilities

- Overall, plays a critical role in the day-to-day function of central planning team of oil and gas facilities, focusing on safety, efficiency, compliance with regulations and procedures to ensure safe, trouble free and reliable operation.

- Deployment of Planned Maintenance Module activities and Master data creation activities

- Deployment of Maintenance Task list, Maintenance plans

- Daily SAP DPR report extractions
- LSMW data upload for master data elements
- Weekly works management report extraction from SAP (Lock Schedule, Schedule breaker & KPIs report)

- Material Master Data activities, Insurance, VED, MRP controller data upload. Project left over items upload. Report extraction for inventory optimization, Inventory Analysis reports e.g. FSN, ABC, Insurance VED reports, Material Cataloguing related activities.

- Weekly PR/PO creation in SAP - Monthly inventory status reports, Monthly Procurement status report.





- Identify the Equipment from SAP PM Module for those codified spares and prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), Monitor the Material Master Data (SAP MM Module) quality by avoiding duplicates codes, incomplete specifications, class and characteristics etc.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / Btech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.

- Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in SAP Planning, Maintenance Planning, or Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Industrial facilities.

- Experience in Planned Maintenance, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Work Orders, and Equipment Master Data.

- Robust MS Excel and reporting skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly in SAP master data quality, specifications, classifications, and duplicate-code prevention.
