Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with strong S/4HANA Asset Management experience to support rollouts, implementations, process transformation, and customer engagements.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5.8yrs+ years of relevant SAP experience

- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Asset Management implementation

- Minimum 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation

- Minimum 2 ECC implementations, including at least 1 Global Template Rollout

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Execute Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Blueprinting

- Support and execute global template rollout initiatives

- Conduct training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops

- Create and deliver demo content and solution demonstrations





- Develop system-based and non-system-based rollout/implementation accelerators

- Support competency building initiatives, including POCs

- Create sales and solution collaterals

- Participate in innovation, study, and concept projects

- Troubleshoot functional and process-related issues faced by customers

- Provide spot consulting and functional support

- Execute rollout/implementation activities, including:
- SAP PM configuration

- Functional specifications for developments

- Data cleansing and data migration

- Testing

- Training

- Cutover activities

- Authorization support

- OCM support

Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of SAP PM business processes

- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Asset Management

- Global rollout and template implementation experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
