Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Specification Management and Recipe Development to support and enhance SAP-driven business processes. The candidate will play a key role in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as an SAP Functional Consultant specializing in Specification Management and Recipe Development.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed SAP functional specifications.
- Configure, customize, and optimize SAP modules to meet business requirements.
- Support recipe creation, maintenance, and optimization within SAP systems.
- Manage and maintain specification data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.




- Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on expertise in Specification Management and Recipe Development.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP PLM, SAP PP-PI, SAP QM, or related areas.
- Positive understanding of manufacturing/production business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- SAP certification (preferred).
- Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
