About Position:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with extensive experience in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and application support engagements.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and finance transformation initiatives.
- Execute global template rollouts while addressing country-specific localization requirements.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing processes.
- Configure and support SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Configure tax procedures, withholding tax, payment programs,



electronic bank statements, and banking integrations.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for SAP FICO incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, SuccessFactors, and external systems.
- Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, Security, Integration, and Testing teams for solution delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, IDOCs, and data reconciliation processes.
- Engage with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, and Tax stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend best-fit SAP solutions.
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documents, and testing artifacts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and audit requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and SAP CO modules.
- Strong experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
- Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Expertise in financial accounting, controlling, financial closing, and reporting processes.
- Experience in at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Proven experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience supporting AMS and production support engagements.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based support processes and service management practices.
- Experience working with ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Knowledge of SAP integration points with MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, and external applications.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and working closely with technical development teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively within global and multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP FICO certification is preferred.
- Experience with SAP FSCM, Treasury Management, BCM, Group Reporting, Central Finance, New GL, and Parallel Ledgers is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, statutory reporting, and financial compliance requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- Exposure to S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, mergers, demergers, carve-outs, TSA exit programs, and global finance transformation initiatives is desirable.
