Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The candidate will be responsible for supporting SAP FICO implementation, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Handle SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Support integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.




- Work with business users to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects as required.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI and CO.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Experience in SAP configuration and production support.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SAP SD.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.

Preferred
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience in implementation or rollout projects.
- Positive understanding of business process documentation and testing methodologies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
