Key Responsibilities
- Handle SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support, enhancement and transformation projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot SAP FI/CO processes.
- Manage end-to-end GL, AP, AR, AA, banking and closing processes.
- Support CO processes including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing and CO-PA.
- Handle FI integration with MM, SD, PP, QM and other modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Conduct unit, integration,



UAT and regression testing.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover and go-live activities.
- Provide post-go-live and production support.
- Participate in requirement workshops, solution discussions and process walkthroughs.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and SAP optimization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline.

CA / ICWA / CMA / MBA Finance and SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance certification will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates should have solid hands-on SAP FICO configuration and functional troubleshooting experience, independently handle requirements, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and take ownership of FICO deliverables.
