Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP CO Management Accounting expert to lead complex financial transformations and architectural designs for our global enterprise clients.

In this senior capacity, you will serve as the primary bridge between business financial objectives and SAP technical solutions, working closely with CFO offices, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams.

Your day-to-day will involve architecting robust CO solutions, overseeing large-scale implementations, and troubleshooting critical financial reporting bottlenecks.

By ensuring the integrity of cost accounting processes and streamlining management reporting, you will directly influence the strategic decision-making capabilities and operational efficiency of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end SAP CO solutions, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis, to ensure accurate financial data alignment for global business units.
- Lead complex migration and implementation projects by translating intricate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations that enhance financial transparency and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior management and global stakeholders to optimize period-end closing processes,



significantly reducing cycle times and improving the reliability of management accounting outputs.
- Mentor junior consultants and project teams by providing technical guidance on complex CO integration points with FI, SD, MM, and PP modules to ensure seamless cross-functional data flow.
- Conduct deep-dive performance audits and system health checks to identify process inefficiencies, delivering actionable insights that drive cost optimization and improved margin analysis for the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in configuring and troubleshooting SAP CO modules, with a proven ability to manage complex integration scenarios within S/4HANA environments.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial accounting concepts to non-technical executive leadership and influence strategic project outcomes.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset to solve intricate business problems, combined with the ability to lead large-scale, multi-geography project teams in a remote or hybrid work setup.
- Hold a professional degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of global accounting standards and management reporting best practices.
- Maintain a high level of adaptability and skilled maturity, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions while navigating the evolving requirements of a dynamic, global client base.
