– SAP BW/4HANA Consultant

Role Overview: We're hiring experienced BW4HANA consultant who is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing modern data‐warehouse solutions on the SAP BW/4HANA platform.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain BW/4HANA data models, InfoProviders, and data flows.
- Implement ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
- Develop ABAP routines and SQLScript transformations.
- Configure and implement BW/4HANA solutions.
- Integrate BW/4HANA with SAP Analytics tools.
- Maintain process chains and data loads.
- Prepare documentation and execute test plans.
- Able to work on incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution, root‐cause analysis, and alignment with ITIL processes.
- Develop and optimize complex data flows, transformation routines, ADSOs, Composite Providers, and mixed scenarios.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and periodic audits to ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance.
- Integrate BW/4HANA with external data sources via ODP, SAP Data Services, or third‐party ETL tools.
- Maintain end‐to‐end technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to teams and business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in SAP BW/4HANA data modeling.

Strong ETL, ABAP, SQL/SQLScript skills.

Knowledge of SAP HANA optimization.

Experience with SAC reporting tools.

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Need to be aware of ABAP





Experience Required

- 5–8 years of experience in SAP BW/BW4HANA.
- Hands‐on experience with data models, ETL, and performance tuning.
- SAP BW/4HANA or SAP HANA certification preferred.

Mandatory skills

- SAP BW/4HANA (data modeling, ADSO, DTP, transformations)
- SAP HANA modeling (views, optimization)
- ETL/data integration experience
- BW-specific ABAP (routines, user exits)
- Reporting tools (BEx, AFO, SAC integration)
- Process chains & data loading
- Strong SQL + data warehousing concepts
- Business requirement translation & stakeholder handling
