Role: SAP BO Lead

Experience 7+ years

Location - Chennai

Work mode - 5 Days Work from Office (FTE)

Shift: Rotational Shift with 2 rotational offs

Role Snapshot:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical support for SAP BO solutions, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and user assistance. This role requires solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for SAP Business Objects applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of SAP BO systems.
- Assist users with report creation, modification, and optimization.
- Implement and maintain data models and universes in Business Objects.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document support activities, solutions, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Business Objects and related technologies.

Must-Have Experience:





- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Objects tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Design Studio).
- Strong expertise in report development, universe design, and data modeling within SAP BO.
- Proficient in SQL and working with relational database management systems.
- Solid track record of technical troubleshooting and system performance monitoring in BO environments.
- Experience in user support, report optimization, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business and IT teams.

You'll be a good fit if you:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP Business Objects tools (e.g., Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Design Studio).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
