ABOUT THE ROLE

Max Estates Limited is looking for an Executive / Sr Executive SAP Application Support & Master Data to support the day-to-day functioning of SAP across the organisation. The role is responsible for SAP master data management, organisational structure configuration, user support, issue resolution, UAT and testing, and coordination with business teams, functional consultants and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong functional understanding of SAP processes, hands-on experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage SAP master data creation, modification, validation and maintenance in accordance with defined processes and controls.
- Support configuration and maintenance of SAP organisational structures.
- Provide day-to-day SAP application support to business users and ensure timely resolution of functional issues.
- Understand business processes and troubleshoot SAP issues across relevant modules.
- Coordinate with SAP implementation and support partners and technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements and system changes.
- Support UAT, testing and deployment activities for SAP enhancements, changes and new functionalities.
- Analyse recurring issues and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Ensure adherence to SAP master data governance, access controls and change management processes.
- Support integration related activities involving APIs, interfaces and middleware, in coordination with technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation, SOPs, issue logs and change records.
- Act as a bridge between business users,



SAP functional consultants and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements and other digital transformation initiatives as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, preferably a current release environment.
- Hands-on experience in SAP master data management, including creation and modification of master records.
- Valuable understanding of SAP organisational structures and their business relevance.
- Working knowledge of FI, MM, PS, SD and Asset Accounting processes is preferred.
- Understanding of SAP integration concepts, including APIs, interfaces and middleware.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Good communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, SAP consultants and technical teams.
- Experience in UAT, functional testing and issue troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SAP governance, master data controls and change management processes.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently manage and close user issues within defined timelines.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in SAP application support, SAP master data management or SAP functional support.
- Experience working in an SAP S/4HANA environment is preferred.
- Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- SAP certification would be an added advantage.
