SAP ABAP / Senior SAP ABAP – S/4HANA Retail

Project: MAF Retail – SAP S/4HANA Store Rollout

Location: Pune / Offshore India

Positions:

- SAP ABAP Consultant – 5–8 Years
- Senior SAP ABAP Consultant – 10–12 Years

Mandatory for BOTH:

- Strong SAP ABAP + S/4HANA experience
- At least 1 complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation from design to go-live
- Experience with SAP Retail / IS-Retail and retail data models
- RICEFW development – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms & Workflow
- OO ABAP, ALV, BAPI, BDC, User Exits, BAdIs, IDocs
- S/4HANA CDS Views, AMDP, OData, APIs
- Performance tuning and debugging of high-volume data
- Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare
- Exposure to Fiori/UI5 and Adobe Forms/SmartForms

For Senior ABAP Consultant – additionally:

- Technical design ownership
- Team leadership / work allocation / estimation
- Code review and development standards
- Mentoring ABAP developers
- Advanced performance tuning and SQL trace
- Solid stakeholder management
- Ability to lead complex defects, cutover and go-live activities
- Knowledge of RAP and Clean Core extensibility
- Exposure to IS-Retail / CAR
