We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience and a BE/B.Tech background. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, technical design, enhancements, integrations, and support for SAP implementation and transformation projects.

The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP solutions based on business requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Develop and maintain Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows (RICEF).
- Strong hands-on experience in:

- ABAP Reports

- ALV Reports

- BDC

- BAPI

- RFC

- IDocs

- User Exits

- Customer Exits

- BAdIs

- Enhancement Framework

- Smart Forms

- Adobe Forms

- SAP Scripts

- Function Modules
- ABAP Objects / OO ABAP
- Develop and support interfaces between SAP and external systems.
- Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical specifications and solution designs.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Work closely with SAP functional consultants to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Support data migration and conversion activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Ensure development follows SAP coding standards and best practices.




- Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior ABAP developers.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience
- BE/B.Tech qualification
- Strong experience in ABAP Development
- Solid knowledge of RICEF objects
- Excellent experience in OO ABAP
- Experience with Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits and Customer Exits
- Strong experience with BAPI, RFC and IDoc interfaces
- Experience in Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
- Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills.
- Good understanding of SAP integration concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of ABAP on HANA
- Experience with CDS Views
- Knowledge of AMDP
- Exposure to OData / REST APIs
- Experience with SAP Fiori / UI5 integration
- Exposure to SAP BTP and modern SAP development practices.
- Experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, or migration projects.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of strong SAP ABAP technical experience, a BE/B.Tech background, and the ability to independently handle complex technical requirements, development, integration, debugging, and production support activities.
