Employment Type: Full-Time** Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Salsify PXM Lead with strong expertise in the Salsify Product Experience Management Platform . The candidate will be responsible for leading technical solutions, managing team activities, and delivering scalable product experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salsify PXM.
- Lead and manage the technical team to deliver project objectives.
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions using Salsify.
- Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive best practices, quality, and productivity across the team.
- Support integrations and API-based solutions where required.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Salsify Product Experience Management (PXM).
- Strong hands-on experience with Salsify PXM Platform.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Prior experience in a lead/SME role is preferred.

Education
- 15 years of full time education required.
