About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development and strong exposure to SAP Transportation Management (TM).

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and supporting SAP TM objects, particularly around Freight Orders (FO) and Freight Bookings (FB). The role involves custom development, interfaces, reports, S/4HANA conversion activities, and collaboration with functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and support ABAP solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
- Work on SAP TM-related technical objects, enhancements, and custom developments.
- Develop and maintain solutions related to Freight Orders (FO) and Freight Bookings (FB).
- Translate functional requirements into robust and scalable ABAP technical solutions.
- Design and develop interfaces between SAP TM, S/4HANA, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Develop, enhance, and support SAP reports and custom programs.
- Support ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion and remediation activities, including analysis and conversion of existing custom developments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes.




- Work closely with SAP TM Functional Consultants to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
- Follow SAP development standards and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6-10 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong experience with ABAP development in SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP TM technical objects.
- Experience developing solutions for Freight Orders (FO) and Freight Bookings (FB).
- Strong experience in ABAP reports, enhancements, custom developments, and interfaces.
- Experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion and custom code adaptation.
- Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and independently translate them into technical solutions.
- Good understanding of SAP development and integration concepts.

Good to Have

- Experience with BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework) development.
- Experience with BRF+ related development and enhancements.
- Experience working on SAP TM implementation, migration, or S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Exposure to SAP TM integration with other SAP modules or external systems.
- Knowledge of modern S/4HANA ABAP development practices.
