Role:
Looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead with 3+ years of hands-on Pitcher implementation/support experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma domain.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Pitcher platform Census, Coaching, Connect, Consent, Impact, Sales, Zero & Admin.
- Solid Salesforce knowledge – Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Sales Cloud.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, data management, security & sharing.
- Knowledge of HCP/HCO, Territory Management, Visit Planning and Field Force Automation.
- Experience in implementation, production support, RCA, enhancements and releases.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira and Git.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
