Role & responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments with a focus on compliance and governance.

- Ensure Salesforce changes adhere to SOX and ITGC requirements.

- Perform periodic user access reviews, permission audits, and security control validations.

- Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

- Support quarterly and annual audit activities, evidence collection, and remediation efforts.

- Drive change management, release management, and deployment governance processes.

- Generate and analyze reports, dashboards, and metrics using Salesforce reporting capabilities and SOQL.

- Troubleshoot integrations, API issues, connected applications, and access-related incidents.

- Coordinate with Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Business stakeholders.

- Manage backup, restoration, and environment health activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 9 years of overall experience.





- 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Experience in SOX Compliance, ITGC Controls, Audit Support, and User Access Reviews.

- Robust understanding of:

- Profiles

- Roles

- Permission Sets

- Sharing Rules

- Security Controls

- Experience with Change Management, Release Management, and Deployment Governance.

- Knowledge of SOQL, Reports, Dashboards, and Salesforce Security Architecture.

- Experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and connected apps.

- Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201) preferred.

- Experience with Copado, Git, OwnBackup, or similar tools is an advantage.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
