Salesforce OMS Lead (Tech Lead)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OMS Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Order Management (OMS), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Apex, Lightning, APIs, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-quality OMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce OMS solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Define OMS architecture, technical design, integration patterns, and development standards.
- Design and implement order management capabilities, including:
- Order capture and orchestration
- Order lifecycle management
- Order fulfillment
- Order routing
- Order cancellation
- Returns and refunds
- Exchanges
- Shipment and delivery status
- Inventory availability
- Split orders and multiple fulfillment locations

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

- Must have prior experience working as a Salesforce OMS Tech Lead.

Core OMS Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management.
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce OMS architecture and order lifecycle.
- Experience implementing OMS from design through production go-live.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, order orchestration, inventory, shipment, cancellation, returns, refunds,



and exchanges.
- Experience with multi-channel/eCommerce order management is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

- Apex
- Lightning / LWC
- SOQL / SOSL
- Salesforce APIs (REST / SOAP)
- Platform Events
- Asynchronous Apex (Batch / Queueable / Future processing)
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.

Integration Experience

- Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
- Experience integrating Salesforce OMS with ERP, WMS, inventory, payment, logistics, and eCommerce platforms (B2C or B2B).
- Knowledge of API gateways and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, Spring Boot, or similar is an advantage.

Requirements

- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week from the office (no remote/hybrid flexibility).
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
