Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.

- Create and execute comprehensive functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT test cases.

- Perform testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud applications.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, business processes, and integrations.

- Perform data validation and data integration testing between Salesforce and external systems.

- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate closely with developers, Salesforce consultants, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality.

- Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks/components using Java + Selenium.

- Execute automated regression suites and analyze test results.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing practices.

- Ensure high attention to detail while validating complex business scenarios and data flows.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in software testing/QA,



preferably with Salesforce applications and data integrations.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver automation – Mandatory.

- Good knowledge of test automation frameworks such as TestNG/JUnit and Page Object Model.

- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Experience designing and executing comprehensive test cases during development, system testing, regression testing, and UAT.

- Experience with API testing and data/integration testing is highly desirable.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

- Good knowledge of Jira for defect tracking and test management.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA processes.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Positive to Have

- Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related certification.

- Agile/Scrum certification.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API testing and tools such as Postman.

- Experience with SQL/database validation and data analytics.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation execution through Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.

- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and external systems.
