Role Overview :

We are looking for a Salesforce Automotive Cloud Lead to drive Salesforce delivery for the customer. The role will be responsible for Automotive Cloud and Service Cloud solution design, technical leadership, configuration standards, sprint execution, technical reviews, and deployment readiness .

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Platform , with the ability to collaborate across teams and ensure secure, high-quality, and predictable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Service Cloud solution design and technical delivery.
- Provide technical leadership across development and implementation teams.
- Define and maintain Salesforce configuration and development standards .
- Participate in sprint planning, execution, technical discussions, and delivery tracking.
- Conduct design, code, configuration, and delivery reviews .
- Ensure solutions meet Salesforce security, scalability, performance, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Ensure deployment readiness , including technical validation and release activities.
- Maintain proper traceability, technical documentation,



and delivery artifacts .
- Identify technical risks and support timely resolution to ensure predictable customer outcomes.
- Guide developers and support the team in following Salesforce best practices.

Must have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud .
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud .
- Solid Salesforce Platform knowledge.
- Experience in Salesforce solution design and technical leadership .
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development standards.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Triggers .
- Experience in sprint-based Agile delivery.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and release processes .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Automotive industry / Automotive Cloud implementations .
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Experience mentoring or leading Salesforce development teams.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools.
